Inside an O2 Box, gentle pressure (1.3 ATA) allows the body to absorb up to 30 percent oxygen. Add a nasal cannula and that goes up to 40% - 50%. With a mask, it can reach 65%. That means better oxygen delivery to the tissues, faster recovery, more energy and focus.
