What Your O2 Box Install Day Really Looks Like
Bringing an O2 Box Into Your Space Should Not Feel Like Construction
Adding a new service is exciting. Tearing your building apart is not.
The O2 Box installation process is designed to be simple, predictable, and fast. Systems ship in panels that fit through standard doorways, and in our experience locations have not needed major renovations beyond occasionally adding a standard electrical outlet.
On top of that, your chamber is installed by a certified installer who completed hands-on training in Japan with the O2 Box Inc. team. You get Japanese-engineered equipment, installed and supported by a Midwest based team that knows the system inside and out.
Here is what your O2 Box install day really looks like, from first plan to first session.
-
Before anything ships, we help you design the right setup for your space.
Together we:
Choose the model that fits your goals and floor plan
Review specs, electrical needs, and room layout
Provide a clear quote that includes pricing, shipping, and timing
Because O2 Box systems come as panels, you do not need to widen doors or make structural changes. The focus is simply on picking the best room and confirming that it has the electrical service the system will need.
-
Once your plan is in place, you receive straightforward installation guidelines so you know exactly how to prepare your room.
Typically this looks like:
Clearing the room and confirming the footprint
Making sure there is access to a standard electrical outlet
Confirming the path from the loading area to the room
Behind the scenes, our team coordinates everything else. We confirm your delivery window, arrange freight, and schedule the installation date so it fits your operations and staffing.
You prepare the room. We bring the chamber and the team.
-
On installation day, the O2 Box arrives at your location in panels, not as one giant box that cannot be moved.
Our lead installer:
Completed hands-on training in Japan with the O2 Box Inc. manufacturer
Understands the system from hardware to controls
Follows the same best practices used in O2 Box installations worldwide
During the install, your installer will:
Bring the panels into your space
Assemble and level the chamber
Connect the hyperbaric pump, oxygen concentrator, and intercom
Run test cycles to confirm everything is working correctly
Under normal conditions, installation is completed in about one business day. That means you do not have to close your doors for a week just to add a wellness amenity.
-
Once the chamber is built and tested, we do not simply hand you a manual and walk away.
Your installer will:
Walk your team through how to start, monitor, and end sessions
Review daily checks and basic maintenance
Answer questions about client experience, session timing, and best practices
You also receive:
A user manual and quick FAQ guide
A certificate of use
A starter set of marketing materials to help you announce your new service
The goal is simple. When installation is complete, your team should feel confident and comfortable running O2 Box sessions.
-
Our relationship does not end when the tools are packed up.
After installation, O2 Box Midwest:
Sends your customer marketing packet to help you promote your new service
Coordinates adding your business to our “Find an O2 Box Near You” map as a certified location
Tracks your install date so we can send a three month post install survey and invite you to share feedback and success stories
Remains available through our showroom and Midwest team to answer questions as your O2 Box program grows
You are not just getting a chamber. You are getting a support system that helps you launch, promote, and refine your oxygen offering.
Is an O2 Box Install a Fit for Your Space?
If you have been wondering whether an O2 Box would be too much work to install, the reality is usually the opposite. With panel based construction, simple room prep, and a certified installer trained in Japan, most of the complexity is handled for you behind the scenes.
You focus on choosing the right room and the right model. We focus on getting you from crates to calm, ready for your first O2 Box sessions.
If you are ready to see what an installation would look like in your specific space, the next step is a short conversation with our team about layout, timing, and goals.
